Ameripos - Richard Nye ripoff - $20,000 down the drain - no service provided -a sincere sounding con Hallandale Florida

I talked to Ameripos one day and the next they were gone. I called several times a day for a week before deciding to call Radiant. Radiant advised me that Ameripos had gone out of business and that if I signed a Radiant sales agent agreement they would continue to provide POS services and payment of commission. Of course Radiant does not provide locator services.

If anyone learns of a way to file a claim against Richard Nye for a refund of any portion of monies paid to Ameripos I would like to know. Nye is or was the sole owner of Ameripos. He is a Miami native and has been affiliated with Playtime Amusements, Premier Corporation and American Eagle Telecommunications.

I started as an Ameripos distributor in April and so far have one location found by an Ameripos locator. It took about six weeks to get an agreement signed in spite of the locator's phone call. My locator was friendly and appeared knowledgeable but Locator service left a lot to be desired. Customer service reps were absolutely lousy with the exception of one young lady.

The terminals and fees to Radiant were minimal compared to the $20,000 paid to Ameripos. i want my money back!
