Frank Lucia appears to be an educated Ameriprise consultant but he is a con artist and a THIEF! In three years, not only did he mischarge my wife and I for useless services, he lost $90,000 of our money and then couldn't itemize our missing funds. I contacted an attorney to press charges but it's hard to account for missing money when the person who stole and lost it all with poor financial moves controls the financial information and reports. This man is a liar and conartist. Do not give him a penny of your hard earned money. All because of this man, our retitememt money is gone! Wish our attorney would have done a background check on him before we gave him our retirement savings.
