A hearing was held Oct 6 2008 at Jasper County Courthouse,305 Russell Street Ridgeland SC The special Referee instructed our counsel. To file a reply brief by Nov. 5, 2008 And Citigroup Market Realty Corp counsel to file a reply brief by Nov, 16 2008 And Court will hear us in Jan, 2009.Because there was no court reporter. On Nov 24 2008 the court advised us that no brief was file and no further hearing is required Citigroup testimony was taken .Our counsel was not there. we were not there to give our tesimony for our home that AMC was Intention to foreclose in 2005 with ongoing court orders until a Stipulation of Dismissal without Prejudice in Jan 4, 2008. Citi went behind close door and sold our home on Feb. 2 2009 on the same court step, We are still live in our home on March 4 2009. Help Please Help Please. someone any one we need your help. long story we inherit this home my mother from her brother to us family of seven.
