I got sick in 2003 with a Cancerous growth in my Colon, We got behind on our house payment, My Wife tried to negotiate with them to no avail she spent over a week compling records for a supposed Refi. THis was nothing but a ruse they had NO INTENTION of accepting our refi,Even though SHe was a Nurse and I started back making good money again.They RAISED out payment from around 850.00 to 1305.00 almost 500.00!. We had 70 grand equity in that house in addition My Work place was in the Garage I had spent nearly 10 grand on rewiring to accomodate my Machines for my business,We treid to refi with another company,they ADDED almost 10 thousand dollars to our mortgage, wanted a nearly 10 thousand "Pre Pay Penalty", With the house in foreclosure we could only get other lenders to loan about 80 grand our initial loan was 114K they now wanted 134K so Come up with 50 K and keep your house the Ameriquest Man said,I ask if He had 50 K in his account, Ha Ha big Jucking Foke,We were FORCED to Move in 2007 on Our Anniversary the 15th Indiana had a Blizzard and it was 4 below,We lost countless personal items,I fell while moving and hurt my back, These Guys are TRUE SNAKES, Make NO MISTAKE they WILL CHOP OFF YOUR HEAD BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS THEY ARE TRULY PREDATORS TRULY!!!
