Ameriquest AHMSI mortgage fraud ripoff overvalued trapped Irvine, California

Ameriquest closed our mortgage before qualifying us.  That should have been our first clue.  The biggest fraud was overvaluing our home by double the amount !  We were told we did not have a prepayment penalty and there it was ...three months payments if paid before three years.  Three years later no back would touch us for a refinance due to being way overvalued.  Now we were trapped in our mortgage.  They had frauded many others and went under at which time our mortgage went to CitiResidential then to the current American Home Mortgaging Servicing,Inc. or AHMSI,Inc.

We have been denied Loan Modification a couple times now and are on our 3rd review.  We are self employed in Construction in Wisconsin and like farmers have special needs in the financing area. They tried to forclose on us in late 2010 and we had to get an attorney to stop the procedure.  We need to keep our home - we built this home and this is where our business is run from.  We would not be having any problems if this fraud would not have happened to us. This ripoff happened in Oct. of 2004.
We need the value to be put back to original value and get a loan for 2% to keep our home.
Is there any help out there?
