Ameriquest Riped OFF By Ameriquest Ripoff Milwaukee Wisconsin

Well the same as the rest of you. My transfer to Ameriquest was suppose to be this great thing the first time with a fixed rate and minimal closing costs. But then at closing things were not at all what i was told they were going to be. They weren't bad but not what i expected. Then two years later when they told me to refinance after establishing a credit history they would refinance to a fixed rate of under 7% with hardly no closing fees as i was already customer of theirs (no appraisal fee, etc). Once again i was lead a stray and things were absolutely and completely wrong. There was the issue of the rate not at all fixed and the outrageous closing costs. I signed the loan documents with the recision in place and shouldn't have and then tried to immediately contact Ameriquest about the Discrepancies in all the documents regarding the rate which was not fixed and the unbelievable amount of closing costs i was charged. After several calls and letters and emails i got no where. The calls to my so called agent were transferred to someone else because my agent was supposedly let go. I tried contacting the company directly via phone and email and still nothing. I was basically taken to the cleaners on both accounts. Ameriquest is not a nice or good company to deal with in my opinion. They are very dishonest (i have the emails, and phone calls to prove that, along with the appraisers opinion, phone bills to show just who and how many times i tried and tried to take care of these issues). The appraiser which was the second appraiser because the first didn't get the amount Ameriquest wanted contacted me and was a little disturbed and simply did a drive by appraisal. So I haven't given up on my quest to get reimbused from Ameriquest. I see now on the Attorney General of Wisconsin website they have a website for settlement to come early in 2007.
