Amica Mutual Insurance Amica STEALS INSURANCE PREMIUMS FROM HARDWORKING FAMILIES Chicago, Illinois

After NINE years with Amica Insurance as my provider for homeowners insurance, I had to file a claim and they are treating me like theif! Their claims adjuster, Don Nguyen has been dragging this claim on for over 7 months. 

Don Nguyen's excuse is that his "date of loss" does not coincide with mine! He claims that the loss took place 26 months ago! Please don't insult my intelligence! Why would I pay a mortgage on a home for 2 years when the damages make my home uninhabitalbe?!? You are not even in the same state as my property, you have never set foot in my home, yet you "clearly know when the damages took place". You know what, I don't freakin care what your report reads as the date of loss, put whatever freakin date you want as long I receive the coverage I've been paying for these nine years!
