Amie Foster of Akron Ohio is chargerd with animal abuse and neglect after letting a goat die from injuries without getting veternary treatment leading to its death and consumption by unknown animals from non burial. She is charged with animal abuse, neglect and starvation for refusing to feed, water or shelter the horses. She takes horse boarders money then fails to feed the animals or provide them with water and shelter. She has taken boarders horses and tack. Using boarders horses she rents them out to groups and individual persons for ridinjg without regard to the persons saftey. She is a unreliable person to provide a boarding establishment.
