I wanted to try the Acai Berry supplement that everyone was raving about. This particular company with it's trial was highly recommended because it had a 30-day trial period rather than the others 15-day trial period.

I ordered the product on 2/21/09, they have told me they shipped it on the 22nd (which was a Sunday) and I received it on March 5th.

Today is March 11th and I have a full charge on my account for this product. I called them up immediately. Cassandra, the customer service rep I talked to, insisted it was only a 15-day trial and it begins on the day that they ship is from their stock. WHich, keep in mind, was a Sunday. I have only had six days, including today, to try this product. A far cry from the 30 day offered on their exclusive offer.

I am not saying the product does not work. I don't feel it has been given enough time. I do recommend you purchase from a reputable company.

Also, when this product was ordered, they signed me up for an on-line diet counseling of some kind which was also going to come with a charge. Luckily I caught that before the shipment even got here and cancelled it before any charges incurred.

Be very careful, keep copies of everything, even print screen the original offer because they do not e-mail or mail it to you.
