I ordered two hearing aids through Ampli-Ear.
My audiologist said the aids will not accomodate the loss I have.
Ampli-Ear said they would refund my CC if I returned the aids.
I returned the aids by mail to the address on the package I recieved from them.
I ordered aids in March. I recieved them in April. I returned them in April.
No refund.
When I called today, they said they did not recieve my package.
They refuse to refund my money and I now have no aids and I am out $80.50.
They refused to accomodate me in any way.

There is also no number to contact them on their website.
I did research on them to locate their number.
It is 800-898-9399.
