Amrica's Servicing Company ,Wells Fargo It seems company is playing games with us Company Has Many Addresses nationwide

I have 2 mortgages that americas servicing company bought off of mln last year. Work became slow for me and I started to fall behind. in november 07 wife called to explain situation they said no problem we could make payments to catch up.

well in dec they sent us paperwork to fillout on our income and said they were going to look at it to see about modifying loans. well a couple of months go by we are still behind about a month behind my wife calls to find out whats going on and they tell her since they are a servicing compnay they cannot redo the loans.

So in april 08 our payment changes because its an arm which by the way in nov 07 they said they were going to help us so we could refinance through them. Now they say they cannot because their a servicing company. well july 08 we get letter stating if we are not caught up by aug 21 o8 they will accelerate our mortgage ,so wife calls them up to resolve this and guess what we have to fill out paper work again on our income so they can look at it and modify the loans (if they can). we fax paper work on july 21 08. so far still have heard nothing.

get another letter in mail for smaller loan stating we are 2 months behind because I wrote wrong account number on check for july payment which they cashed, now due date is on the 1st every month and not consider late until the 15th of every month, so how are we late for julyl and aug .also it takes them weeks to cash checks we send them, so wife calls monday to talk to them to find out what is going on. she has to give all our information on our income again to quote verify and they tell her it takes 15 - 20 days for a response.

I dont understand what is going on. it seems to me they are not going to do anything to help us .I just want to know if there is anything me and my wife can do legally?
