Amy Freeman is a MonaVie Scam Artist.

This individual will lure you into joining the MonaVie business opportunity with unrealistic promises and promises. Once you have spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars on the MonaVie opportunity and have expended every resource you have, this person will leave you hanging and broke.

Here is one example:

I signed up for the MonaVie business opportunity in March of this year. I have worked really hard to build this business and have invested hundreds of dollars into the MonaVie business to try to make a go of it. Throughout my time in MonaVie, the local leaders in our area: Todd Bishop and Amy Freeman have encouraged me to continue to invest my money and time and would be a Black Diamond inside of a year if I worked hard.

I have now come to realize that Amy Freeman and Todd Bishop have done nothing but lie to me and my family and made fraudulent statements to me and my friends so that we would continue to invest our money in MonaVie. They claim that anyone can make the money they are making if they spend enough money and time.

Everything Todd and Amy has told me is nothing but lies. I now know they only helped me so that I would buy more product to further their business. Monavie is a good product, but the company is horrible. They reward lying thieves like Todd Bishop and Amy Freeman and take money from hard working people like my family. Everyone I have brought into the MonaVie business is not quiting because of Todd and Amy's lies.

I hope someone will shut them down before they spread more hurt.

Just another scam

AUTHOR: John Handland - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, December 12, 2011

This is all too familiar to me.  Monavie is a major scam.  I signed  up and was talked into buying 12 month supply of juice if I was serious about making money at this.  I pulled together the money and bought the 12 month supply.  I also did everything these people told me to do, but I'm sure now they just told me to buy all that juice to build up their own profits.  I don't even get no help from them now.

They scam you into buying juice just to make them look better because the more juice they sell or their people sell, the better they look and they more they make.

If I never see Amy Freeman again for the rest of my life, IT WILL BE TOO SOON!

People that live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

AUTHOR: Thetruthhurts - (Canada)

POSTED: Monday, September 08, 2008

I find it amusing that Greg Zartman & Jodi Unruh Zartman are here complaining about some fictitious rip off! After all, they are the masters of the con. They ripped hundreds and hundreds of people off for thousands of dollars in a pyramid scheme they headed up. It was called Best Cash Rewards.

It took me a little time to track them down again, but here they are starting their con all over again, just like they did in Best Cash Rewards. And then those that didn't play their game they crusified online just as they are doing now.

They are also masters of posting as dozens of bloggers on every blog they can find and also create their own fake blogs, just like the one listed here. And then they post total fabrications and they don't allow anyone to post comments, because they are afraid of the truth.

Beware of these con artists, they will destroy your reputation of you don't join in and play their con their way. For more information you can find them on (((Redacted))). Just search for Greg Zartman, Best Cash Rewards and read for yourself.

Oregon MonaVie Leaders Prey On Those Hit Hard By Economy

AUTHOR: Eugene.oregon - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 02, 2008

Make No Mistake: If you live in the Eugene Oregon area and have recently been hit hard by the downturn in the economy, MonaVie Blue Diamond Executives, Todd Bishop and Amy Freeman, want to meet with you.

BEWARE!!!

The Todd Bishop - Amy Freeman Team is VERY good at telling you exactly what you want to hear with respect to MonaVie and success: That is, you have a chance to regain your life and then some with MonaVie.

Think again.. Since Todd Bishop and Amy Freeman began promoting the MonaVie Business in 2005, they have personally left a small town worth of people (businesses) behind with no support (nearly 2000 people/families). The vast majority of these businesses are either dead or are dieing with no hope of ever producing a positive income.

If you think Todd Bishop and Amy Freeman want to help you with YOUR best interests in mind, think again. The only interest they have in mind for you is the VERY VERY VERY small possibility that you might become a producer in their business. Once they find out you can't/won't produce, they'll leave you hanging and will most likely never talk to you again, just like the vast majority of people they bring into the MonaVie business.

Todd Bishop and Amy Freeman KNOW that every new MonaVie distributor has an EXTREMELY small chance of ever making any real income from the opportunity, yet they both routinely lie in their presentations and claim achieving success is almost assured.

It is this LIE that the MonaVie Business Opportunity will work for everyone that will eventually catch up with Todd Bishop and Amy Freeman.

As MonaVie grows and the Federal Government starts to take notice (I believe the government already is taking notice), the government will take notice of these statements and someone will need to account for them. At some point, the State and/or Federal Government is going to be talking to Amy Freeman and Todd Bishop about FRAUD.

This is only the beginning. Monavie, LLC (Monavie, Inc) gives their distributors, representatives, FAR to much latitude in terms of how these people represent their company and the business opportunity. By in a large, MonaVie distributors falsely represent MonaVie the Product and MonaVie the Business Opportunity.

More to come

Idependent Distributor Awareness

AUTHOR: Heath2you - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, August 31, 2008

I own and operate a brick and mortar design and build center for home improvements. I have been in business for myself for over 30 years and have maintained a state required contractor's license, so I know a thing or two about consumer complaints.

I have always liked the network marketing business model and have been involved in several network marketing (or MLM as some would say) business over the last 20 or so years.

I have seen many get rich schemes and have manged to avoid them. I have been presented many good business start up plans and have missed some good timing opportunities.

I was introduced to the Acai berry over a year ago by a neighbor. I had just ridden my bicycle twice as far as ever before. I could hardly stand up and my neighbor offered me an Acai smoothie, something he had discovered in Hawaii years earlier. I can tell you after drinking his smoothie, I felt as if I hadn't worked out at all. Totally restored.

Just two months ago, another friend introduced me to MonaVie. I figured someone had discovered this great fruit and was commercializing it's distribution. But what caught me up was that it was being distributed at a cost less than I could mix up a smoothie for. Besides that, my friend is a scientist with a very large and well known pharmaceutical company, she traveled to Utah to investigate this company and it's staff including the founder. Every aspect of her "inspection and investigation" turned up glowing.

I discovered the very same thing. The product is the best performance food available. I just returned from my bicycle workout and 15 minutes after downing 4 to 6 ounces, I experienced complete recovery. I can also say that the compensation and marketing plan develops strong team effort.

No one should expect that a business will just "take-off" without an investment of time and money. Perhaps the lack of realistic expectations is why there is such a high failure rate among new start up companies. I can tell you from experience that nothing in business is easy. I can also tell you that MonaVie has developed a solid credible product and business plan that is simple to follow.

I don't know anything about the individual distributors you are referring to in your complaint. But I can tell you that MonaVie WILL RESPOND quickly and decisively if there is any hint of misconduct.

I suggest that you contact MonaVie directly with your experience and see how they respond. "You may be surprised.

Amy Freeman is Most Definately a Scam Artist

AUTHOR: Eugene.oregon - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, August 22, 2008

There is no doubt that Amy Freeman is committing fraud with respect to the presentation of the MonaVie Business Opportunity. It does not matter how hard a person works for others or the favors done, with respect to the presentation and representation of a business opportunity. If a person outright lies to others to further their own gain in a business, this is known as fraud.

The actions of Amy Freeman about the MonaVie business opportunity are fraudulent:

1. Amy Freeman states in writing and in verbal presentations that ANY Monavie distributor who sponsors two people in a month and helps these people sponsor two, and so forth will become a MonaVie Diamond Executive. This simply is not true. The number of people one personally sponsor into the MonaVie business opportunity has nothing to do with success. In fact, less than 1% of those who join the MonaVie business opportunity achieve the level of Diamond Executive.

2. Amy Freeman states in presentation that to be successful at the MonaVie business opportunity, once needs to buy "bulk" orders of the Monavie product and keep this product on hand to recruit new distributors. This is in direct violation of the MonaVie's Statement of Policies and Procedures for MonaVie distributors, located here: https://www.monavievo.com/corporate/documents/P&P_US%20Eng_7-03-08.pdf

This document states that MonaVie distributors MUST only purchase MonaVie for personal use. This requirement is to prevent Monavie from becoming an illegal Network Marketing Scam whereby people must purchase product to be success. Apparently, Amy Freeman feel she is above the law.

3. Amy Freeman routinely show presents her personal income from Monavie to others and represents this as the "norm," that is anyone can archive the level of success she has. This is a direct violation of Federal Trade Commission standards for Network Marketing businesses. It is illegal to display this information publically and claim it the norm. In fact, Amy Freeman is in a VERY VERY small minority of MonaVie distributors. Less, than 1 in 200,000 monavie distributors reach the level of income she claims as the "Norm."

Do not be fooled by Amy Freeman or the MonaVie Scam, you will only be fooling yourself.

Amy Freeman works hard in MonaVie

AUTHOR: Kob - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 12, 2008

I have just come across this blog and I must say I am saddened by the blow hard comments which reveal more the character of the complainer than that of the those complained about.

I have experienced nothing but tremendous support from Amy Freeman. She is supportive, caring and goes out of her way to ensure I have what I need. For instance, at her expense, she got on a plane and flew from the west coast to spend five days with me while I learned the ropes in MonaVie. As of last friday I and my team earned the rank of Emerald Executive. This would not have happened without her tremendous support.

I strongly suggest that anyone reading the outlandish comments about Amy Freeman consider the source. I don't know the person writing but I have experienced many like them in my year with MonaVie. Sadly, many people have great dreams yet hear only what they want to hear when it comes to accomplishing them. When their dreams are not manifested they will always look outward for others to blame versus looking inward at themselves. Amy is an easy target.

If you are reading this blog make sure you work to get a balanced version. Remember, the internet is a level playing field when it comes to information. Unfortunately, it can make a rag like "The Enquirer" take on the same level of importance as the "Wall Street Journal." Make certain you understand what you are getting into. If you are looking at MonaVie as a business then think like a business person and do your research. Nothing is free.
