SEO Reputation Management at its best!

This insipid woman stole my paintings and has passed them off as her own in order to obtain work. When I filed suit against her, she had the gall to tell me that "a (((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE))) like me doesn't deserve the credit". She is a racist with a volatile temper and according to several reviewers of her work "a pain pill junkie".

I have requested that she remove my artwork from her site, as well as cease and desist selling my work as hers and she continues to refuse. Furthermore, she had the gall to attempt to copyright my work! I had already done so and was thankfully able to prove it.

This woman is a false artist who has no talent what so ever with the exception of some half decent fan fiction she has written on the internet. Her painting skills are sloppy at best and she is only getting gigs as an artist by pilfering the work of others and passing it off as her own. A real piece of low class, trash

Totally Fraudulant Claim

AUTHOR: Amy Jones-Walker - (United States of America)

This claim is complete lies. This was filed by a person that wanted revenge on me for having her removed from a special event that I was part of for the Boondock Saints Premiere in LA. She was chosen at random from the crowd to be body painted and added to the "show" for the thousands of fans that flew in for the one night event. Her undesirable behavior with a groupie from one of the bands prompted Sony management to ask me to request that she leave the party and not come back. She attempted to write me an apology letter, but when I advised that I was not interested in being friends with a person like her she told me that she was not one to mess with. I'm guessing she meant that she would seek revenge on me through this venue and one other blog by a made up personality. I believe that she is suffering from a personality disorder, as none of the pictures she claims to be her on her facebook account were her. Also, she told some long exaggerated story about how Johnny Cash was her real father and the man that raised her was his Johnny's manager. Yeah, ok.

Any how, if her claim of taking me to court were true, wouldn't there be public record? I have never stolen anyone's paintings, or other artwork. I never would. I have had my images stolen and used online by those not authorized and it hits you in the gut. I have my own talent, skills and style and I am proud of what I have done.

How was she able to copyright my work? I have the originals, I have pictures of my work in progress. Prove it, if it's your work. Paint something and take pictures of yourself doing it. I record everything from beginning to end. I also sign every piece with a thumbprint somewhere on the work in the paint. I'm willing to do anything legal I have to to prove that this report was simply a troubled woman seeking revenge because she was embarrassed by her own tacky actions that landed her a one way ticket outside the bar listening to the show.

There are several pictures of me working in several different cities for years, body painting and photographing. I have a ton of fans and clients that can attest to my ability and the fraudulent nature of the original claim.

I would like this report removed, as there is not legitimate proof to anything that she has claimed.

#2 Consumer Suggestion

Your information is incorrect

AUTHOR: Karla - (United States of America)

I am one of Amy's clients and I have been a client for many years. I met her in a painting class years ago and I have seen her creating paintings first hand. I have also seen her work on every single one of the paintings that she has on her sight. I also own three of her amazing paintings that are currently hanging in my home. She even has photographs of her paintings showing them in different stages of completion.

I do believe you have her mistaken for someone else. As far as the racist comments are concerned, her son is black and she is not and has never been a racist.

Here is a solution: Which paintings are you claiming to belong to you? If you would be willing to describe the paintings that you claim were stolen then this could be resolved.

I am hoping that this is a case of mistaken identity and that you are not in fact commiting fraud by filing false accusations against a very kindhearted and talented artist. Because if you discribe paintings that I have personally seen her work on or ones that she has photographic evidence of painting then you are indeed being maliciously fraudulent.

On the other hand, if you discribe paintings that she does not have on her website or ever have claimed painting then you have mistaken her for someone else.

In either case, fraud and slander are serious. My husband is an attourney and will be investigating these alligations pro bono to get to the bottom of this.

I hope this matter gets resolved quickly.
