Amy, you said it yourself, you just don't care anymore.. However I don't think you ever cared. You keep doing the same thing over and over and I am sure there are many more people out there who have had the same things happen to them and worse when dealing with you.

You are not a nice person, you should not be allowed to sell puppies that is for sure.

You tell people to call or email you, but you ignore the calls and emails.. I wrote and litterly BEGGED you for the information on Willies parents (the shih-poo)and you ignored me...again!

If you just would do right by people and your puppies this would not be happening "to you" and you would have happy customers who would be passing your name along.

I see that another person got a pup from you but it died before she got it.. hmmm that is interesting, maybe Parvo Amy? And then you get her a dog from another breeder.. Sounds like you are a broker as well.. I wonder how many of your puppies you sell are actually yours.

I am glad they have this site and I pray more people who have bought from you find it and post.

I have the copy of the paper you sent me, and no it does not specifically state in there that you want AKC papers! the litter was regsitered with CKC initially as you know. And yes, you did inform me that you want a male maltese for breeding, I agreed to sell you one with breeding rights.

I am so sorry the puppy you have now is 6 months old, almost 7 actually and is 2 inches taller than you would like. He does come from tiny lineage, again, my dogs are DNA and I would be glad to provide the DNA on my dogs to any for comparison on their puppies. You posted on this site , go back and read it, and said you nolonger cared about the AKC papers, so be it!

The matter was handled between you and I, and basically you come on this site and post about me because you didn't get the AKC papers on your puppy, which I did register the litter with the FOR you. It's like you do what ever you want too me and I am suppossed to accept it!

This site is noting more than a "chat" board, for people like yourself. Because if the facts were investigated you woul dnot have any right to post or complain about me. Yes, I am holding the AKC papers on your dog, you informed me that you would not be breeding him any longer due to him growing 2 inches taller than you wanted, oh my lord.

So why do you need the AKC papers, or better yet, I will register him with AKC, and once he is registered I will forward you the papers, I have no use for them. I will limit his breeding. You can be mad at me, but I gave you everything you asked for, the dog, flew him too you, perfectly healthy in every way , gave you registeration papers on him, provide vaccination history on him, and even went on to dual register him with a different kennel club, but yet I still have to deal with you on this site? No not anymore.

amy you know i asked for AKC male with short legs small 5 lbs or less to use with my female who has never had a litter yet i have one female yorkie 6 yrs old who has had 2 lovely litters in the past 2.5 yrs it was such a great experience that i do want to become a small breeder i still have a lot to learn obviously you only sent a health certificate with tucker not a copy of vaccinations i did want to return him for a return of my money but the small amount of time you gave me it was not possible also i would have been out 2 airfairs 3-400 dollars maybe shipping dogs is normal for you this is my first experience and i have not found it enjoyable

when i signed your contract and faxed it back to you i wrote on there i specifically wanted AKC PAPERS AND YOU ASSURED ME it would be no problem instead you sent me ckc why ??? you cause many problems by lying i know you taped our telephone conversations you recently told me this but you did not have my permission please go back and listen to the first few when you were trying to sell me a small male maltese for breeding listen to yourself amy also all i really want is his AKC papers why wont you send them to me? that would be a show of good faith and a step in changing your reputation thank you cathy

Now this is one that I am totally against in every manner. Mrs. Cathy, is a small in home breeder or Maltese and Yorkies, she raises them in her home. Now she did in fact purchase a male maltese from me for 800.00, registered, solid white, etc. The puppy arrived to her via airline, with a current health certficate, vaccination form, etc. She informed me several days after she got him that she didn't have or could locate the vaccination history, so I went over the history with her over the phone. we are in the middle of a move at the time, and yes, my son did have surgery, oh and by the freaking way people, I have two sons and one daughter! (this was for the post made that they called and spoek with my son, home from surgery that day, oh my gosh, go figure people get a life).

Anyway, Kathy did inform me that she wanted a male maltese to be used for breeding. I had no problems with that whatsoever. Again she was sold a male maltese regsitered with full breeding rights for 800.00. He was and is the age she was told, I had vet records to prove this, the litter was seen every two weeks by the vet since they were 3 weeks old.......the health certficate listed teh age of the dog, and he was perfectly healthy. Now, she gets him, all is well, UNTIL she informs me that she would liek AKC papers on her DOg, CKC papers were mailed to her.

I had no problem with that at all and told her i would do so. THEN the problem began, she decided after several thankful emails that she no longer liked the dog/puppy. I asked for her to return him, I would take him back and listen , GIVE HER MONEY BACK!!! I told her that i was going to the airport the following day and she could get him on a plane or have someone else do it, i would take him back, again no problem at all, I have the proof of this as well. She elected NOT TO DO THAT, instead she wanted a 500.00 refund, go figure again....so then she would have gotten a maltese male, registered full breeding rights for 400.00? Oh my goodness.........I even asked if i could buy one of her pups for that price, figure what she said......NO....

Anyway, again, she elected to keep the dog, but yet here I find her as well with a report. Am I a mean person? No , I am not, am I hard to deal with? absolutely not. Do I get angry, you betcha I do, especially AT PEOPLE who complain but yet failt to provide all the facts to the case. I can honestly say, That i have my proof, have my facts, and have my state behind me, all of the complaints on here against me, I have informed the state and asked for an investigation into the matter, and guess what, I am not shut down, I am not at fault, go figure again, and I have been more than happy to deal with anyone who has a problem with any of my puppies!

So please before you post on here, come see me in person, be a real person, and don't hide behind the computer, or better yet, sue me in court if I am so awful of a person!
