An Elite Moving And Storage Absolute Worst Moving Company... Theves and Liars!! Littleton Colorado

Movers beware, this company has no morals. Don't be fooled by the oh so sweet Heather or Katrina they're only that way until they get your "relocation" scheduled. I had a 2pm appointment this past weekend, which had been scheduled for over a month, we had friends and family there ready to help the only thing missing was the movers... A 2 man crew, one truck, and approximately 2 hours of moving.

By 3pm when the movers still hadn't shown up I started getting irritated, I called the office and spoke to Katrina who assured me that she had just spoken to them and they were on their way they should be pulling up any minute. At 4 I called again and was given story about not being able to reach the crew but that she was trying and she would have them call me as soon as she got in touch. Now close to 5 I am getting angry I still haven't heard from anyone at Elite and everyone who had rearranged their schedules to help are running out of time to do so.

Finally at 5:15 I get a call from the foreman of the job saying that my contract had no time on it so they had decided to do their third job before coming to do ours... Fine whatever people make mistakes, then he tells me it's going to be several more hours before they can get to us. Now I'm fuming so I try calling the office...SHOCKER they've all gone home for the day it seems because the phone just rings and rings and rings, no voicemail-nothing. I try several more times in the next few hours with no luck.

The crew FINALLY shows up a 7pm and blames everything on the office staff, they start doing their thing after the 20 minutes it took for them to move the truck from one side of the building to the other, so here we go it's 7:20 almost 5 1/2 hours after they should have been there and they have my boyfriend sign a contract, shich has all these additional fees for wrapping furniture, etc. Wierd how I never heard about that before right now, unsure what to do and unable to contact any office staff I tell him to just let them start we don't have much of a choice.

The crew gets that done and driven to the new place (first right thing all day). After getting everything they had into the new house and coming up on 10pm I ask them to get ahold of their dispatch, which they don't have and for fear of being fired they won't call Heather, but he does pass her number along for me to do so in the morning. What a joke that ends up being... She was irriated because I called her on her day off, she didn't even pretend to care what I was saying infact she was yelling so she could talk over me.

After 30 minutes of being ranted at she told me to call Monday. After hanging up with her I called the bank, and sure enough the charge that was almost 3 times more then what I was told it'd be and then was told they would proccess it until after things were straightened out had already cleared the bank, I don't know why I was surprised. I will NEVER recommend these people I hope karma catches up to them again!!
