Ana V. Villafania wrote us a bad check from an account that was already closed, knowingly, willfully and with intent to defraud us. The attached pictures shows her check front and back. The police said they would arrest her at our option, and convict her due to the overwhelming evidence of her crime. She wrote this check to rent our home. Then she said she changed her mind, and asked for refund. In good faith, we refunded her money. Then we received this check. Ana V. Villafania knowingly cashed out of our good faith and then apologized and said she would return the money, but never did. Ana YOU are a criminal and you deserve to pay a price for your crimes, and we have you in process for proper treatment. 

You violate Penal Code 476a PC when you: 1. willfully write, deliver, use or attempt to use a check, 2. 
knowing that there are insufficient funds to cover the full payment of the check, 3. [continued below]....
