Ancestral Books LLC owner/spokesman, Rodriquez Manidron I ordered a book called Ledbetter's from Virgina, it has been a month, It never came. They are no longer returning my calls or emails.The number listed on the website is a non working number. Internet

     I purchased a book from Ancestral Books LLC on Dec. 27th called ( Ledbetter's from Virgina.) I waited untill Jan. 10th and decided to call the number on the website. That number was a non working cell phone. First I sent a email with no response. So I looked up the address and got a new number and called it. After a few tries from different numbers I spoke to a man Name Rodriquez Manidron, which is who is listed at that address.

     He said it was mailed out late to give it another week, in the mean time he gave me a website where I could veiw the book. Another week past and I tried to contact him again no answer on the phone so I sent him a email saying I was contacting PayPal and then I received an email back saying he doesn't know why I haven't received it, give it another week, if I don't get it he will send out another one Priority mail.

      I told him it needs to have a tracking number so I can fine out where it is. Another week has passed and no book. I have emailed him and called again with no response. I found out this morning that this company has an "F" rating with the BBB, other complaints of the same. I paid extra for a hard back copy. I want my book or my money back.
