Complaint Review: Ancestry.com

Ancestry.com I told them not to renew my subscription, so they billed me over $400 for things I have never heard of. Provo Utah
I emailed them that I would not renew and now I have been billed for 5 things - over $400. I have been back and forth with them for months. FIrst they said they would definitely make sure that I was not renewed next year. I said that was not acceptable and finally just received a $200 refund. They now tell me I have to call someone else for the other billing. I said no - it is their error, they will fix it. WHAT A SCAM. BE VERY CAREFUL.
