Anderson Crenshaw - Anderson Crenshaw Associates - Protect America Collection Agency Fraud ripoff Dallas Texas

There are other similiar complaints at this site and others about a teaming of a security company - Protect America and a collection agency Anderson Crenshaw, both TX corporations. We cancelled our security system with Protect America, which they made very difficult and did not confirm our cancellation letter.

Six months later we get called by the collection agency of Anderson Crenshaw. Their tatics are unethical at best and perhaps illegal. They want a credit card number, a SS number over the phone and demanded more money as "back billed" then is possible if has the system for another 2 years. They did not want to provide anything in writing as to what we "owed" for when nor did Protect America -they just hung up when called.

Do not do business with Protect America. Do not give Anderson Crenshaw any money or information. Also write to GE Home Securites since that is what Protect America installs. Both companies need to be put out of business.
