ANDREW KNIBBE (FLIPPA.COM) was convicted on 3 counts of molestation and was caught at the playground parking lot with binoculars nearby my daughter's daycare center in Melbourne last week!!!
My husband and I have contacted the local authorities and they have advised us that there is NOTHING we can do because Andrew Knibbe was 100 yards away from the playground itself.
BEWARE OF THIS SICK MAN, HE IS A REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER AND WORKS AS THE MARKETING MANAGER AT FLIPPA.COM AT PO Box 1516, Collingwood, VIC 3066. Australia
