I have never been so disillusioned with any service I have used. When you tell them that they are not doing anything for you, they become hateful at you.
This company is a huge ripoff using an approach to the job market that is 25 years too old. They claim 99% success rate, but it is probably less than 2%.
Everything about this firm is phony and reprehensible.
