i was advised by the seller that he is selling new factory unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note 2 only at SGD300. He also claimed that there is an ongoing promotion of buy 2 get 1 free.
i ordered a set of Samsung Galaxy Note 2 16GB. Seller advised me to transfer the money to him through western union with following given details:
city: las Vegas
after i transfer the amount, i email to the seller and he claimed that he will ship out the item upon confirmation of the payment. shortly after which, he replied to my email saying,
"package as being send to the shipping company agent, and he told me you have to pay 150sgd for the customs fees and taxes please send the Money tomorrow morning so they can ship out for you tomorrow i will ask them to email you your tracking code i will be busy cause my wife got and accident today and doctor ask me to stay with her"
i kept sending him email asking him to return the money to me but as of now, i yet to receive any news from him.
