It seems a Disney culture as all these managers and even employees, while just nobody, always think they are someone big, deserve royal treatment and totally intolerant of small things and others.
Andy Ma, has tried to make up fake performance excuses to fail his employee who simply have requested to reschedule a meeting due to time conflict - amazingly disgusting! Royal king of Andy Ma made himself a clown creature as there are other people on the team making bigger mistakes than the fake performance he made on the employee who would even ‘dare’ to reschedule his meeting for something else. And be careful if you happen to knocked the table leg and made a sound while Andy Ma is talking in the meeting room, be ready for some consequences.
This is just how Disney works, the nobody thinks he is some-big-body and will set you up for failures.
