As you know I am a physicain, won't mention my name by Vivian you know who I am, but its really not good to bad mouth a fine young man like Andy, he is very good and honest, just because you were not good at your job, and you were arrested a few times, Vivian, you really need to move on with your life and seek help.

Andy Schott is not credible and neither are you.  You cite untruths in your rebuttle and that alone, discredits you.  

 As for as my job with ALL FOR ONE HOME HEALTH, INC as a field nurse, I did a fine job.  My work quality at All FOR ONE HOME HEALTH, INC., was superior and significantly exceeded to your agencies standards.  To exemplify, during my tenure December 2008 thru April 2009 you had SEVEN (7) AHCA State Surveyors investigate comaplaints concerning patient care deficits.  None of the patients AHCA surveyed, where in my care, except for one patient I covered for a week end.  This one patient has superb documentation and photographs of the wounds.  The AHCA surveyor had no questions or concerns.  You do recall one AHCA citation ALL FOR ONE HOME HEALTH, INC., received.  The AHCA investigation was triggered because patients complained to AHCA's hotline, that their infusions were improperly given.  AHCA cited you.  Your Medical Records reflected ommissions and deficit standards of care.  Your Medical Records have deficient infusion documentation, specifically infusing medications at the wrong time, no PICC care given, PICC dressings were not changed, infusion tubing and hubs were not changed.  You administrative staff permitted non compliance of your policiy and procedures for one year.   I read the AHCA citation and you POC.   

Furthermore, you should be more concerned with what is to come next in terms of Medicare FRAUD....   Leave Vivian Kaplan out of you cess-pool.    Don't even mention her name, your mouth isn't clean enough and you know it...  

You should be aware, this site is carefully monitored by the Media and the Federal Agencies to locate information, such as, this.  This type of infomation is verified and verifiable for reliability, so the Fed's determine if further investigation(s) are warrented to recover funds and prosecute. 

Only today, You agency was mentioned in a poor light.  It's not only me out here, that feels Andy Schott is a liar and cheat.  It's the general Palm Beach County consensus. 

I won't bother wishing you luck.  Instead, I will be forwarding this to agencies of interest.

Andy Schott wouldn't know the truth if it bit him in the ass.  He is so pumped with greed (for starters).  Continue any further dialogue and Medicare, specifically Palmetto, your intermediary will be informed of your past fraudulent up-coding billing practice in the Therapy arena.  Fixing it now is too late, especially now that its public knowledge.  The legal  "Statute of Limitations" is 6 years and you still need a safe harbour for 5 more years.  Maybe AHCA and Palmetto will view this and commence investigations now.
