Let me first start off with I am am a certified mechanic and own my own shop. I have been running my automotive business for 4 years and NEVER have I come across a company so a*s backwards the only way to fix them is for them to just die and fall out of business.

First off I have alot of customers that require me to buy alot of body kitz and install them. That being said I deal with alot of companies and know about the quality of parts. I know what to expect and what not to expect. Andy's has NO clue to the quality of their parts nor do they care who gets burned or what inconvienience they cause people or businesses.

That being said I had come across their website through browsing google. I decided to open a business account with them and try them out. Right off the bat there were problems. They screwed up my account information and even when on the phone with them they could not spell my company name out EVEN with me spelling it out with them OVER THE PHONE! How stupid can you be? Well after they finally found my account (after the person with the first order screwed it up) they finally corrected the over charging they took on my account and shipped the item out. THEY LIED! it took them over a week to even place it in the system. Finally we got the kit. 2 weeks late and off set my customers time and cost him money for rental of a car since at that point it was impossible for us to hit our dead line. After 25 hours of trying to make the body kit fit it was just too far off made. I contacted Andy's auto sport about this and it got worse from there.

I was always on hold for more then 15 minutes at a time before someone different getting on the phone asking "can I help you" of which I would reply " I am on f*cking hold who are you" then immediately being placed back on hold for another 15 minutes. usually they would do this about 3 to 4 times before someone would actually help me. Usually after threatening them with the BBB or my attorney would I get someone. They were SO unorganized. They had no clue my package had even been shipped. I explained to them I already had the kit they would say "what is the problem" and so on. It was like speaking to a brick wall. I would have rather spoken to a retarded kid eating an icecream cone then talk with them. After battling with their incompitance and getting through to them the body kit was mis made they wanted to give me $50 off the purchase of another body kit to buy. I told them they were nuts and I was contacting my attorney and hung up the phone. Immediately they called me back and offered me a complete refund and told to just trash the kit. I fought with them for 2 weeks to get the refund. I finally had to fine a report with my CC company and then all of a sudden they put the refund through. They were playing stupid a*s games.

I gave them one more chance to redeam themselves 2 weeks later when I needed to order a carbon fiber hood for another one of my customers. Well they promised me it would get to our shop in 4 days. 2 weeks and 3 days later we received it. I contact it between the time we placed the order and the time we got it. They had NO clue where it was. They had no idea about anything I asked them. Finally after threatening them with ripoffreport.com and BBB and my attorney again I got an answer. Of coarse I had to go through the same BS as the first time. They said no one placed the order until I threatened them with an attorney. The person who placed the order got scared and traced down my paper work and found they never sent the paper work. So I was LIED to AGAIN!

Now to make matters worse the hood was wrong. It was made wrong. I told them about it and then was told I did not know what I was doing. I have been a mechanic for 11 years. I have been a master tech for 6 years. I have been running my own shop now for 4 years and modifying for 5 years. So I know what the hell I am doing. When one side of the hood is 32" and the other side is 33 1/8" the f***ing thing was MADE WRONG! DUH! how the hell is that installation error....let me help you with that....IT'S NOT! I fought with them on the phone for over 2 hours that time. Finally I told them I wanted my account closed and I was calling my attorney. I hung the phone up and started to call Joel Fader esq. I almost got through before they called me back offering me a complete refund. WHY THE H*LL DO THEY MAKE A PERSON GO THROUGH THIS STUPID s**t BEFORE THEY DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE? Don't let the soft voices intimidate you...they are idiots! Well they said they were sending me shipping labels. Shipping labels they sent alright. 22 shipping labels and 2 pages long each. You do the math....44 freaking pages.

Well they told me to just package the hood and ......"the body kit" up and send them back. I fought with them for 3 days to get it resolved. I told them the guy "dang" to me to throw it out. they wanted it. We went back and forth on this until we finally got it taken care of. I never use the word hate but I can honestly say I loathe this company. They should be run out and lose their business license...if they even have one. They are horrible and deliberately try to get away with things. They send broken and damaged products and will not stand by their warranty. There is simply too much wrong with them and I am getting writers cramp. Just beware when dealing with them and if you choose to buy from them, then you are asking for trouble! It's you stupidity if you do.

Brent Rudacille Is Back In Prison

Thats right everyone. Brent Rudacille is back in prison for a long long time. I told everyone I was innocent and now I am vindicated! You can't steal someone's identity and get away with it just like you can't assault a police officer and get away with it. All I know is Bremt Rudacille is in prison where he belongs for years and years and years!

Brent lied about me, slandered me, defamatedy name, my company name and my family for no reason. I told everyone I was innocent and low and behold almost a year later he's gone permanently!

So to everyone who bought into his lies, manipulation and photoshopped images...I accept your appology and wish you all the best! I forgive all those who hated us for no reason because of Brents lies!

Next time find out the facts before you people go on a lynching and accuse an innocent person of things they have never done.

I'm outta here. I have a business to run and it's full steam ahead!

John Liquefatto is the users name who posted this report. He uses multiple usernames including "truth211" and "ChristianKustomz" on various online sites. John isn't the most honest guy out there and he has issues everywhere he goes. Currently he is operating the business "Christian Kustomz" without a valid business license/ He's been banned

A couple of things i have problems with:

Wow, what an IDIOT YOU MUST BE!!!!! you own and run a body shop yet, and I'll quote, "After 25 hours of trying to make the body kit fit it was just too far off made." Really??? I build dirt track race cars in my free time, and I work for a very reputable restoration/performance shop, and If you gave me 25 hours of labor, and a flat sheet of polyurethane, I could make it into a bodykit for any car twice!!!!! You are a body shop, and cannot install a kit because it's "too far off" ??!?!?!?! Nothing is too far off, you are supposed to be a FABRICATOR!!!!!! You give real, skilled workers a bad name. I think you should close down your shop. NOTHING IS EVER TOO FAR OFF!!!!!! now if it was warped, I could understand. 

Wow, what an idiot you must be. You are trying to receive service from someone, and as soon as someone answers the phone, the second word out of your mouth is f**kING: " I am on f*cking hold who are you" You must really be top notch....

LOL HAHAHAHAHA!!!!! I know I'd have been laughed directly at your face, but then again, I'm not in customer service.

"they wanted to give me $50 off the purchase of another body kit to buy." This is a direct lie, nobody offers future discounts. Whoever made the bodykit, offered $50 towards labor costs, thats what these companies do. To put that in perspective, $50 covers about 1/2 an hour of labor, maybe 36 minutes depending on your local labor rates. Most CHEAP bodykits take 5-10 hours for proper install, then it's time to paint.

WOW, WHAT AN IDIOT YOU MUST BE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  "I gave them one more chance to redeam themselves" WHY on earth, after all you said until this point, would you order more parts?!!?!?! *shakes head, looks down, rubs forehead in disappointment*

But coolant flushes and head gaskets and OEM replacements, are not tough. 

"They are horrible and deliberately try to get away with things." Could you be more specific?

"if you choose to buy from them, then you are asking for trouble! It's you stupidity if you do." You ordered twice!!!!!!! And the first order was nothing but trouble according to you, and you did it again. What does that say about you?
