i started off emailing them for a refund and they asked for the invoice which i sent to them over and over again and again and i kept getting this reply saying it was sent to the relevant department. it has been 7 months now and i still have not gotten a refund.

I have records of my email chain which i sent them and their replies and no replies at all.
