I have tried once a week since the 10th of October 2004 to contact Angela Curtis, but to no avail.
Only one email that I have tracked down for Ms Curtis bounces back to me and that is angela_mail@astro-group.com
I have been checking here on Ripoffreport weekly as well and I have writen to Ms Curtis with all the information that she requires but again I have not been contacted, I have not received my report and I have not had the money credited back to my account.
This lady really should not be praying on people that are just looking for external direction in the way of the stars.

I would like to personally thank you for proving the point that you and your assistant are totally incompetent!!!!
It has taken three months and untold stress and aggravation for you to do a forecast with the wrong birth time and place of birth. You can't even get my name right! I should be thankful that you got the date right!
In the realm of astrology time and place of birth are extremely critical! I have sent you the correct details as per your request several times and still you can not get it right!!!!
Please rectify this as the report that you have sent is not even worth the space that it takes up on my computer.
Totally dissatisfied.

Well after sending my details to her twice either Angela or her assistant, (now Angela states that she works alone) either can't get the info right or thinks that I am stupid.
I received an email offering me the reading that I have already paid for at a discounted price,$15 usd less than I have already paid, if I reply via her email angelac@intrnic.com.
Angela I am not stupid. I have replied to you on numerous occassions stating all of the details that you need to find my payment and my report. But you or your assistant can't get it together.
I would appreciate my money back after receiving your last email asking for more.

I have read your comment about myself and my services. First of all I have to tell you that I always make a maximum of effort to respond to my clients and this is the reason that I am here today and that I am writing you a direct reply to this. I also make sure that my service works as well as possible so that my clients receive the product that they request, I am sure you agree with me that this is only fair! I sometimes come across clients who have had problems receiving their astrological readings and this is for a number of reasons.
Once someone requests a reading on my website and sends their personal information to me I deal with this client myself. I check their credit card number and I process the debit MANUALLY, this is to avoid any mistakes which could be generated by a more automatic system. This takes time as I contact and work with a lot of people every day but I prefer to do it this way. I am also able to see if the number I am sent is valid and believe it or not I often find that people make mistakes typing this number in or send me non-valid numbers or credit cards which internet businesses simply cannot accept. If I see this of course I cannot and do not debit the card and so even though the person has sent me their details I am not responsible and I do not have to send this person a reading. This is why in this kind of case someone may think they have paid for their product and will wait for a reading that I cannot send them as the credit card was not valid.
In the case that the transaction is valid and I sucessfully debit the minimum fee I ask from by clients I then begin work on their full reading, which can take between 7 and 9 days to complete as it is a full astrological report. Now this is a lot of work and produces a large text file which I then send by email. I have realized that the internet is not always reliable and I have done EVERYTHING I can to ensure that my clients receive their report.
I resent the accusations I read here and if I am responding to this today it is to avoid the sort of misunderstanding we now seem to have between us. You can contact me on reading@intrnic.com to get hold of me personally and we can get the details of your difficulty sorted out straight away.
I have all of my client's details on record and I can immediately tell when and where my clients ordered their reading, if the card they used was valid and if and when they received their reading by email. If you contact me then I can look at all of this information.
Please get in to contact with me, I am Angela Curtis (and I must mention that I work alone and I am not in any way associated with any other 'internet astrologer' or any other internet service no matter what some people may think) and I am here to help get this difficulty sorted out.
