Angela Penbrook / Angel Stevens / Angela Christianson / Maryanne Kennnedy These companies have same owner listed on LABBB now IRVINE California

I filled out 3 complaint forms at the VEGASBBB site on Penbrook Productions Process back in early-mid July and was told it would be entered as soon as other complaints that come in about other companies before my complaint was entered it would be done. Well to this day I have not recieved any complaint id #, forwarded info on complaint to business or any other message about my complaint. Looks like some BBB offices do their jobs and some don't , since VEGASBBB had no complaints on Penbrook Productions Process unlike other BBB offices in numerous states where business operates I thought it deserved a complaint and let VEGASBBB know what kind of company scam their running. But I guess they just don't care and passed my complaints up , I even emailed asking for an update or anything to employees that emailed me saying complaint would be done and it had to wait in line basically. Which I could understand but not receive any answer back to 4 emails just looking for an update or if complaint was forwarded at all is just telling me nothing was done and move on.
This is one reason why some BBB offices are complanied about on this site and others. I just can't see how it would take almost a month to enter a complaint about a scam/fraud company that has hundreds complaints in other BBB offices or be that backed up on complaints not to even do anything with a complaint.
