A promise to make lots of money from home processing rebates with a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back within 90 days. Yeah right!! I am a stay at home mother of 4 small children. I requested my refund 24 days ago. I call daily. And every single day they promise me someone will call me back. Noone ever does.

They also hang up on the customer when they can not handle the call any longer. No notice, just disconnect the call. I have called pleading to these people, crying on the phone, explaining to them that I had to save that money for this and now I need it back. They DO NOT care. I went so far as to tell them that it is causing me marital problems, because my husband is so upset that I did this program. They don't care.

These people at their so-called Customer Care Department, DO NOT CARE. They are unproffessional and don't sound very intelligent at all. They sound as if they are in a different country when you call, because every single Representative has an accent. I have told them I will drive to Irvine to get my money back and they hang up on me.

I have asked to speak to Managers and truthfully, I don't know who is less intelligent, the representatives or the so-called Supervisors/Managers. When you speak to them, there is a pause in every question, as if they are looking up the answer on the internet or maybe they have a premeditated handbook for dummies, like The Answers to Poor Unsuspecting Consumers for Dummies! These people are just horrible!
