#4 Consumer Suggestion

File a fraud report with your credit card company.

If you paid by credit card, you could call them and let them know that you were defrauded. Or you may have to wait until you get the bill with this charge on it, then file a written dispute. Make sure you include all emails you sent, their ad, and any other proof you have. While they investigate, they will not make you pay the $197, and most likely will remove the charge. You can also direct them to this site. If neccessary, your credit card may cancel your account and issue a new card with a new number so this company can't make unauthorized charges.
