My membership renewed April 2nd.  I immediately told them to cancel my membership and refund my money.  After a long delay, I received an email saying they would not renew my membership.  It's almost 2 months later and my account is still active and no refund in sight.   They have very poor customer service and should be avoided at all costs.

How did you pay?

AUTHOR: Striderq - (U.S.A.)

If you paid with a credit card or debit card then file a dispute with the card company or bank. But you need to hurry as these disputes need to be initiated within 60 days of the statement they appear on.

If you paid with your account number & routing number then contact your bank and initiate a dispute. Be sure to mention that the compamny said they would refund but haven't.

After you get you're money back;If you paid by card, close that card and get a complete different number so this doesn't happen next year.

If you paid by account info, close account and open new account so this doesn't happen next year.
