Anil R Sawant residing in New Jersey applied for and was accepted as a SES-(Federally Funded) Provider in the state of Texas in 2012. The company, Adaptive Learning, DBA MindSpark was approved by the state of Texas and the United States Government to provide an on-line tutoring program for children qualified by the No Child Left Behind Act enacted by Congress in 2001.
The approved SES provider responsibility is to contact parents of children registered in Stage 2 Independent School Districts and, if qualified, allow the children to enroll in an on-line company sponsored tutoring program.
Anil's scam was to hire solicitors to meet with and encourage parent and students to sign up for his program.
Anil promised each solicitor a commission amount of $30.00 per application that was submitted to his company.
After receiving 100's of approved applications from solicitors, Anil decided he did not want to pay the commissions to his solicitors. Anil has been paid by our government for those applications.
I have names and contact numbers for the other solicitors that Anil ripped off.
