When I stepped in to explain the situation, the verbal abuse turned towards me, ending with us being kicked out once Ann had finished her strange fit. We spend a considerable amount of money at these sales, and have spent a considerable amount of money with this estate sales company. Even if the bathroom is off limits, does Ann need to instantly launch a verbal attack when a simple request is made?
Maybe Ann had a bad day. Maybe her dog just died. Still, my mother injured herself trying to get to a restroom in time because of this situation. Was she afraid my mother would steal the bathroom, and limp slowly out the door, dragging it under her arm?
She should not continue to profit in this business after verbally abusing handicapped customers. I am getting the word out on this one.

Search TipsI'm a consumer who has had the pleasure of meeting Ann, her daughter and staff today. They all were fun, energetic, and very helpful. Which brings me to try and understand the previous comment. I'm a firm believer of rules.
Unfortunately, rules are in place for a reason. There really doesn't even need to be an explanation on this. It states right on the sign at the door. Restrooms are off limits, no exceptions. So, why would we even ask? Ann's people are responsible.
As far as the comment of Ann being rude. Yes, it looks very hectic, Ann has a great following and they are loyal customers. I believe the conversation between the customer and Ann is being made to try and hurt this company. I also believe the customer is just sour because she feels that her handicapped mother should have been aloud to utilize the restroom.
I'm a consumer, and myself could have used the restroom. I understand the rules, did not ask and did not sneak in. Why? Because I follow the rules. We really know what transpired here, come on... it doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to crack the case here.
