Beware of their new company estateplanning but I'm sure they have moved on to a new name or several by now. advertisement in the business classified section of USA today is their main bogus source of lead generation and phony appointment setters. His staff of Chontell, Adam Todd, Robby Goldsmith, Mark Tyler, Neil, etc... have all been with him for years ripping off hardworking insurance agents and the elderly. He was even busted in the past for one of those phony "I've fallen and can't get up" medical hotline companies. You should see him, he is one of the most ugly things you will ever see in your entire life, he's arrogant and acts like a big shot walking around LA spending your hard earned money!!! He literally has to pay his own people just to be around him. He is a friendless, lonely, sick, evil little guy. He entices women and bribes them because he needs to or he would never get a date without money. He also considers himself a self made man which is the biggest joke of all because he's been ripping off people like yourself his entire life!!! His biggest fear is financial insecurity so lets stick this guy where it counts!!! (his overstuffed wallet filled with hardworking insurance agents cash!) I would love to see him actually try to earn a living like the rest of the world that is if he has time to after he gets out of prison when we're done with him!!! This guy is truly sick he and his cohorts disguise themselves as members of the prestigious AA program but literally do not follow one single step in their lives. They rip people off all day long but pass themselves off as spiritual honest people. One of them Adam Todd is even a circuit speaker for AA spreading his bullshit all over the country while marring the good name of AA. The truly disgusting part is that obviously Mr. Sugarman has no business ethics or values whatsoever but his personal life is the real terror. THIS MAN IS A CHILD MOLESTER, A SEXUAL DEVIANT, AND A RAPIST!!!

Mark Sugarman is a Fraud liar. I called him, He ripped me off as Mark Lain, I saw that this sounds the same that happen to me. it was HIM when I called him,. He basically told me to sue him and Trust me, I will do everything in my power to make sure he is in jail forever. I hate that we can respond to come together to do class action. It is a real shame. I almost fell for a slick sales pitch by phone with these guys. Insurance is a small part of my company and I googled my way onto their website looking for ways to increase my annuity income. I called the number and spoke to a man named Mark who had a thick New York accent (nothing wrong with a NY accent by the way,).
He put me through this high pressure sales pitch and then asked for my credit card number. I told him I had to consult with my parter and he said he could only give me this offer if I called him back by 5:00 that day. My partner did not come in that day as expected (illness) so I called Mark back and told him I understood that he could not offer me the same deal but would still be interested when I had the chance to speak to my partner. He barked out "thanks" and hung up on me. He called back the next week offering the same deal and asking if I had spoken to my partner.
I said yes and we had researched "Annuity Consults" and would not be using his service. He hung up on me. I saw him on my caller ID a few weeks later but did not answer. he did not leave a message and I haven't heard from them since.
These people are ripping off a lot of insurance agents. Most of these agents are desperate agents living hand to mouth willing to put up $1600 or more because they are willing to believe this garbage out of desperation. This is no better than many of the scams aimed at seniors and poor people. Promise them the world, take their money and vanish.
I sincerely hope those that have been ripped off take these guys to the cleaners. And to the poor girl above who was obviously intimidated into retracting her statements; get as far away from this thug as possible. Mark you are a real tough guy. I can't say I am surprised to see you threaten a woman, just a bit saddened by it.

I am the CEO of a large nationally recognized company that utilizes insurance products to help our clients. Robbie Goldsmith,Goldstein, (pick an alias) and Neil Tuna (again pick an alias) have cheated myself and agents over the years. (see my report fom 2005. Apparently they're still at it. I have a legal staff. Here's my suggestion let's pool our money and run ads in the same papers they advertise in warning other agents about them. Then let's file class action suit (this is now federal in nature) ie... cross state lines. We can not only bankrupt these guys but possibly put them behind bars. Anyone say RICO?

I am the original poster of this posting. Mark Sugarman is not a child molester or rapist this was just a retaliation to a misunderstood personal matter. Please disregard the entire posting as it is untrue. He worked for one of the aforementioned companies in the past does not own any of them and is a credible person. Please fell safe to do business with these companies and/or him as this was a huge misunderstanding and very regretted mistake. We apologize to the aforementioned companies, the people listed in the posting and the public in general for the misinformation.
