Customers Don't Pay for Crappy Service
AUTHOR: Anonymous - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, February 29, 2012
POSTED: Wednesday, February 29, 2012Come on... that is just a bunch of malarkey! People are not paying their bills because this company provides poor service. Instead of attacking their customers they should focus on improving. They would then have happy customers who pay their bills.
#2 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Really?
AUTHOR: Tim - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, January 29, 2012
POSTED: Sunday, January 29, 2012We do not have long term contracts. We simply ask that your provide a 30 day notice effective the last day of the month you give the notice in to discontinue service. Although every client agrees to these terms when they sign up - some, when they cancel think they do not have to abide by the terms of their agreement and are angry when you are required to pay for what they agreed to. This is not a failure on our side - but rather a unwillingness of the customer to pay what they owe and agreed to.
When we have to turn a customer to collections, they will often do just as this client has done and strike out to attempt to hurt our company by leaving anonymous negative feedback as this client has chosen to do on sites like this. It is unfortunate, however it does happen.
We have thousands of very happy clients who use our services on a daily basis to service their clients. We continue to grow each year and will continue to do our best to service all of our clients to the best of our ability.

Non-Paying Customers
AUTHOR: TeleNurse OnCall - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, April 24, 2010
POSTED: Saturday, April 24, 2010It's always the non-paying customers who file these types of reports.
As the owner of a physician answering service, the only time we get a complaint is when the practice doesn't pay their bill.
Usually we get an influx of complaints when the bills are due - all of a sudden Dr Jones has a problem with the way a call was handled in January - and now his March bill is due.
Not stating who you are when you file a complaint just proves that you are a coward.
#4 UPDATE Employee
Disappointed to say the least
AUTHOR: Tim - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, March 30, 2010
POSTED: Tuesday, March 30, 2010It is unfortunate that this client has chosen to take this tactic. Without knowing who the complaintant is -it makes it impossile to respond in a meaningful way. We do our very best so satisify our clients. Typically the only time we ever receive a complaint is when the client is turned to collections for non-payment of their bill. Some clients feel that they can use this tactic to strike back at us. Unfortunately there is not much we can do in these cases.
Our business information is clearly listed on our websites - both local and toll free numbers. All clients have our mailing address which is on every invoice they receive from us.
I hope the client will try to resolve whatever problems they have directly with our company vs complaining anonymously to a site like this in an attempt to damage our good reputation.
