Last year my mother took her Nissan Xterra into the Service Department of AV Nissan because the brakes were having problems and it wasn't because they needed to be changed. The Service advisor took the Xterra and said our warranty was still in effect. My mother told the service advisor to call my dad if there were any problems and my mother left his number with him and the service advisor said he would. The service advisor didn't listen and never called my father then said there was nothing wrong when there was something clearly wrong. Then the service advisor told us the warranty was no good after he just told us it was still in affect. One of the worst parts about that dealer is all of the sales, service and parts advisors are hispanic so its very very hard to understand them and you could miss something very important. We were also charged $100 for them doing nothing to the Xterra. Also while waiting in line to pay one of the sales women walked in yelling and cussing something about the 2007 Altima keys, There could be kids around and aren't car dealers supposed to be family oriented places? That is the last dealer I would go to. The sales people eare rude and its hard to understand them. Don't go to Antelope Valley Nissan!!
