She is also listed on this website for her previous franchise scam "Big City Cupcakes".
She reaches out to property owners and managers and promises to "register" their properties on her website for $200/ea and then present the properties to cellular antenna companies go get lease offers of $10,000+ per year for their sites. This is never done and the property owners and managers never hear from her once they have handed over payments.
What is disturbing is that at least two property owners/managers have been tricked into sharing confidential information about their properties during "registration' - including copies of ownership records, financial information, leases, etc. This is disturbing considering that this woman has a history of identity theft, check kiting, etc. Please beware.
