AntennaHub.com 5 times I was told to wait when trying to ask about an antenna that needed to be sent back. 5 times the young lady hung up on me. emailed them at least 4 times without any response. Monrovia, California

I bought an antenna that I was led to believe was indoor and outdoor.  I cannot get much reception and have tried to return it.  At first the young lady name Jule was polite and told me she would email me with instructions for a return.  However that was it.  She said I would see the email within 5 minutes.  It has been over 24 hours and not a clue on sending this antenna back.  I had though about buying a different one with them and just pay the difference however I do not want to do anymore buisiness with them.  I have called at least 8 times since yesterday and I was told 5 times to hold and then the young lady hung up everytime and after already waiting over 5 to 10 minutes each time.  There is no other way of reacing them except through that phone number and then internal message board.  It is so fraustrating I wish I would have never started doing buisiness with them.  Their policy is you can return an Item within 30 days yet I do not believe the owner even knows their customer service stinks this bad.  Or maybe they do and do not care?  Who knows, all I know is that I feel helpless right now.  I got rid of cable hoping to have a good experience with outdoor antenna but it is a nightmare, thanks to antennahub.com.  I wish I could tell the whole world not to do business with them.  Or get the customer service trained or fired.  Maybe they just need more help.  It is not like their products or cheap or something like that.  They are average costly as well.  There are lots of people who really need jobs, maybe they need to hire some young people who can do a good job.
