I was scammed by this guy back in September 2011.  Tried purchasing some Blackhawks tickets from him.  After a month of waiting for the tickets to arrive, got the message "Please froward me your mailing address I will be mailing a cashiers check from chase bank by weeks end to you for your full deposit refund, I must say I did not see this coming I have been put of so far week after week lately and was promised today all would be delivered upon, I have done business since June of 09 with my tic contact and never had a problem, and as of now phones disconnected and he moved out, so I have filled out a police report because I feel I wad criminally decepted and I have to file a civil suit to get my money back, obviously I do not expect you guys to wait out this lengthy legal process that I will have to got through, so I will be refunding you myself, I am in process of making arrangements with bank and expect a check that I can cash by friday and then send out a cashiers check to you instantly. I do not know where to begin on telling you guys how sorry I am for getting you involved in this.. I 100% had all intent to deliver upon what our contract stated... ",

Ever since then it's been lie after lie about saying he will refund me.  I actually received an email from him last night stating he is still planning on refunding me the money,

"I can not do the paypal, I think you need a credit card or a savings or checking, not sure, I will start sending money asap and will send it with a tracking # so you know it is actually being sent, I can have it sent to you at you work address if you like, let me know and really thanks for all the patience you have shown, Im still in a tuff spot, suppose to star a new job for a second job, so there is light at the end of my tunnel, but I can not expect you to wait without showing some good faith... please let me know asap.. Thanks Anthony"

So I asked him to call me, since his cell phone no longer works.  If I get a call I will post his new number for all to see and have

Hello....I am also a victim of this guy (Anthony Lagiglio)  He took me for $400 for scout seats for the White Sox Opening Day in 2011 and has been stringing me along for a year.  Today 01-19-2012 I called the same number you posted and it is no longer working.  I had been getting pathetic stories via text as recent as 01-17-2012.

How can we get this guy?
