Stone Ave.; Woodland Village Apartments; 3055 N. Flowing Wells Road; and Highland Gardens, in Phoenix, are seeking Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection to restructure their debts.LaRuffa, who operates CHR Commercial in San Clemente, referred all questions about the bankruptcies to his attorney, Eric Slocum Sparks.The investment group bought the complexes in 2007, and they were managed by a third-party company that mishandled funds, Sparks said. Because of the unpaid debts, he said, the investors decided to replace the management and filed for bankruptcy."They're basically taking back control of their units," Sparks said.Despite buying at the peak of the market, the investors avoided foreclosure by paying the mortgage, he said.Documents filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court show each of the apartment complexes has between $1 million and $10 million in assets. The documents show the same dollar range for the corporations' liabilities.For Mission Creek I LLC, which does business as Woodland Village Apartments, "City of Tucson-Sewer" is listed as one of the largest unsecured creditors, with a claim for $18,556 and another for $16,693.Woodland Village has about 240 units and will continue to operate as a conventional apartment complex, Sparks said.The other Tucson corporation, 3985 Cornerstone Apartments LLC, lists Custom Concepts, a contractor based in Scottsdale, among its largest unsecured creditors, with a disputed claim of $78,000. Cornerstone, with about 230 units, will be turned into a complex for student housing.The third corporation is 4728 Camelback LLC, which does business as Highland Gardens at 4728 N. 15th St. in Phoenix. Tony LaRuffa lost it all people. Just like I said. 

 

He is a fraud just like I stated years ago when he attacked my character. Now the truth comes out. Happiest day of my life you scum bag! I am so happy to see you lost it all. A slum lord , a con man, and a person who cannot except his own ways. Now that I sit in my mansion with my exotic cars and my great life you are all played out Tony LaRuffa or is it Anthony LaRuffa as I knew you. Fraud, LOL You did not think I would stand up for my name did you scum bag, Well years later I am still here and you a done man. BROKE AND FLAT BUSTED.

 

BEST DAY OF MY LIFE. NOW GO GET A GARDEN HOSE, CUT IT DOWN TO 20 FT. GET SOME DUCK TAPE AND GO TO YOUR CAR AND WRAP THAT HOSE AROUND YOUR TAIL PIPE, DROP IT IN YOUR WINDOW AND DO US ALL A FAVOR. FAT SACK OF SHAT.

False Report by a convicted Felon named Stephane Marchand

This bogus report was written by a convicted felon named Roger Marchand.  This was his rebuttal to my ad exposing his fraudulent investment schemes; whereas he took $10,000 of my money and literally put it into his own bank account and stole the money.
I wrote an expose on him and he retaliated with this phony, misstated and slanderous report.  He has been reported to the DA and the Orange County Sheriff for his wrong doings and will soon be in court to face charges.
This report on me and my company Cornerstone should be removed from this posting, as there is no truth or reality to this.  there is no investigation under way on either.

this is the third report i am filing subject to: the first one was to expose Marchand and the second was to set the record straight putting things in their proper perspective, based on lies and false allegations put to print by Roger, Stephane, March or Marchand, whoever he really is!  This the third will give you a little more data on this person of interest to the criminal justice department.

I am not under investigation if you read the bK report you will find that we fired the 3rd party management companies because they misused funds ......NOT the other way around. But Miss Stephany (his nickname) because he dresses in woman's clothing and drives a woman's car.....is so twisted and such a putz.....one can not expect anything but distortion, manipulation and deceipt from this pig of a person.

As i said in my last report of the persons who contacted me as victims of Miss Marchand....two were very polite woman and one was a man who is prominent in the LaDera Ranch Community.  All have been harassed by Missy Stephany and accused of being drug dealers, prostitutes and mentally retarded by none other than Miss Stephany Marchand aka Roger, Stephane, March or Marchand.

Let the Victim beware this man is a convicted criminal and his presently out on bail.  i want it to be made clear that i have turned all of my email, texts and voice mail over to the District Attorney, who has/is prosecuting this sick, twisted wing nut of a person (man or woman).  Stephany will end up in the grey bar motel and for a long long time and still will be prosecuted for civil disturbance, slander along with criminal fraud.
