This place is a dump the women in the office are rude the maintenance people are a joke well also the units are infested with bed bugs and cock roaches I moved out to a house and also the units have holes in the walls ceilings people out in the parking lot doing drug deals at night drunk people screaming fighting and the a/c system is always down list goes on but heres what is my deal now its cost me almost 3 grand to get rid of the bugs that came with me extermination water electric and the stuff i had to throw out so trust me on this do not rent from apex managment aka paridice village apts trust me youll not like it there its a s**t hole I hope this will help anyone looking for a place to live
