Apex/ Unified Services/ Coast To Coast Travel Club/ Slim Body Fuel/ Advantage Communications Apex/ Unified Services Stole 169.63 cents from my account-had to close my bank acct Las Vegas Nevada

We recieved a call from Apex or Unified Services..they offered us a free digital camera, free vacation and said they were going to send papers about phone/internet stuff and slim body fuel. They said we only had to pay $1.95 shipping fee.

We did research and saw that other people had the same thing happen..Also, the offers for Coast to Coast travel, advantage communications, slim body fuel-they all are from the same office-5940 South Rainbow Blvd-Suite 2007, Las Vegas Nevada 89118.

We were charged $169.93. I called and spoke to Cory (#5002). The first thing he said was that he is the floor manager so he could take care of problems..he had the final say. He refused to refund our money, and said there was no one else we could speak too. He told us we were supposed to cancel by Feb 12th, even though we didnt recieve any papers until Feb 16th and I told him we did not authorize the charge. $169. was never mentioned in the phonecall.

I had to go to my bank, file an affidavit saying I did not authorize the charge and the bank will refund our money, but we also had to close down our acct and start a new one so they cannot charge us for anything else.

I told "CORY" that I did research online and saw that they were running a scam, I said it over and over and he did not deny it, and I said that I found it funny he didnt try to deny it, and he said he didnt want to argue...


I hope they get shutdown...I am pregnant with my 3rd child, i just got out of the hospital, and I am fixing to go back in..We have to support our children and make sure they are taken care of while I am hospitalized..we can barely make our ends meet..they are scamming and need to be shutdown period!
