Apollo Pools Poor service and let my dogs out to be hit by car, then refused to pay. Valrico Florida

 Apollo Pools has been supposedly providing full service to my address for the last six months. During that time they have failed to show up for weeks at a time. When they do come they almost never vacuum the pool, skim the pool, scrub the sides of the pool, balance the chemical properly, add chlorine or clean the filter. They have shocked my pool and not told me. My daughter then got in the pool and had a slight chemical burn and her hair broke off. Their office staff is rude and unprofessional. When you call to ask where their tech was or why the chemical is so off they say they don't know and it isn't their problem. Very argumentative. This past week the tech saw my dogs in the yard. He left the gate open and didn't tell me. The dogs then got out and were hit by a car. I have over $6800 in vet bills now that the owner, John, is refusing to pay. Told me if it was less money he would pay it, but it's too much. Seriously?
