This is a company that advertises call today work tomorrow, make $900 a week driving trucks.They pay .65 cents a mile, but you pay the operating costs out of the .65.You move used trucks to their new owner or to a port. You have to transport yourself at your expense to wherever the truck is in the US. Then you have to fuel the truck to were it is going and then transport yourself home again, or call someone from home to come and get you.You will make $900 a week but you expenses will be like $850.I worked there for a year and cleared about $7500 for a year of driving 7 days a week and getting home about every three to six weeks. Most of the nights you sleep on the floor beside the gearshift of a dump truck or laying over the steering wheel. If the company were honest they would tell people that you need an outside source of income like retirement or disability to do this. Apollo transfer hires people who no other company would hire because of bad driving records or no experience.I personally had my license suspended for 17 years and had never driven a truck before and they hired me sight unseen. They also short you drastically on pay every week. I delivered 8 trucks for them in two weeks  in january and was still fighting with them to get payed 3 months later.Many of the trucks you deliver go to places where greyhound doesnt serve so you have to get a ride to a truck stop a get a ride from another driver to get out of there.If you  cant get a ride for a few days  you could end sleeping under a bridge overpass at night and hitchiking during the day . There's a bridge overpass in charleston, Wva I slept under a dozen times.         The legitimate companies in this business like Truckmovers or Quality require at least 2 years experience and a decent record to drive for them. Truckmovers pays .55 cents a mile but they fly you back to get another truck or provide a rental car. No hitchiking or sleeping under bridges.  This company is basically a form of organised crime to rip off unemployed people.
