I have purchased over 8 iphones in the past 3 yrs and foun the last group of phones that were purchased in 2012-2013 had bad batteries in them. When you go back to Tmobile after 14 days they say to use warranty. Warranty has a $150 deductible and you just bite the bullet and settle to buy an extender to give another 2-3 hours on your battery life.

We have 24 Iphones within my comapny and I tell all the employees to keep the brightness level to 1/4 level so that we can have more battery life. Why is it that my son who has a Samsung Galaxy dont have this issue????

So a class action lawsuit was filed and a a website was created to off set the lawsuit. So originally when the lawsuit was making media attention they were replacing batteries left and right. Now that time has passed, they have stopped honoring the bettery exchange program. Ive had 4 different phones that have the same issue and bought during the same time with the same issues. The Tmobile dealer said that all his clients were having them replaced without issue, that was back in August last year and today --apple has this on the website:

The serial number you entered is not eligible under this program because either:
- It's not one of the serial numbers in the affected range
- Our records show that your battery has already been replaced. If you paid for a battery replacement service,

check with Apple to see if you are eligible for a refund.

So I am contacting the FTC and My attorney general here in Texas to stop this from happening again to anyone else and hopefully Apple can stand behind their phones and their statements about their products. I think in all 50 states have the Deceptive trade practices law on their books and under that clause the purchaser of a faulty product is 3 times the damages.

Apple Class Action lawsuit

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Thursday, October 01, 2015

Apple Corp has been having everyone update thier software 1-2 months prior to thier release on NEW IPhones which slows down the exsisting phones in the market. If you upload the software it makes some IPones not able to load anymore APPs

On other devices they just run slower.....

For a GLOBAL COMPANY LIKE APPLE who lost the lawsuit and found them selves picking and choosing which phones they will replace the battery is sad. I HAD PUT THE SERIAL NUMBER IN THE SYSTEM AND FROM THE DATE IT WAS BOUGHT AND THE ISSUES IT HAD, IT WAS THE SAME THING---

I RECENTLY HAD MY BATTERY REPLACED AT CPR HERE IN HOUSTON FOR $150.......WTF---APPLE YOU ARE A FRAUD

THE ATTORNEY GENERAL SHOULD FILE A DTP (DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICE) CASE AGAINST APPLE. IF EVRYONE WHO HAS ISSUES JUST GETS A CASE NUMBER FOR THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN THINK APPLE WILL THINK TWICE.....SAD COMPANY!!

Only faulty products

Only specific products were affected by this and fell into a certain range of serial numbers. They're holding up their end of the deal.
