I called this company for repair to my oven latch that was not opening after the self clean function. I was suspicious about this company when they first came out because he asked for 1/2 the money up front & said he needed to order part. I reluctantly paid half the service bill and he said he would be back when the part came in. He did return with the new part, so I thought everything was ok. Today was the first time I used the auto clean on the oven and once again the door will not open. I tried to call the phone number on their invoice 704-366-3707 & it was disconnected. So after googling the phone number it gave a new phone number as 704-899-5295. I called and spoke to the same man that did the first repair, he remembered me. But he now tells me that it will be an additIonal $89.95 service call to come back out AND SERVICE THE OVEN AGAIN and that the part he replaced has a 1 year warranty but it may be another problem. I refuse to give this man anymore money. THE ARE TOTAL FRAUDS & SHOULD BE STOPPED
