I ordered a control board for my Whirlpool oven which they shipped promptly, but there is a connector on the part they sent me that does not match the one on the existing board and will not fit the male part of the connector coming from the touch panel. I have sent them pictures of the 2 connectors to show them they are different, but they don't care. They will not take the part back, will not refund my money, will not give me a phone number to speak with a person, nothing. They keep telling me to take it up with Whirlpool.

Whirlpool won't help me because I didn't buy the part from them even though it's a Whirlpool part. Their IM chat version of customer service is a complete joke. You will never get a phone number or a person to talk with and they will shove you off to the returns dept. where they will tell you you're SOL after doing absolutely nothing for you.

This outfit is a customer service NIGHTMARE. I don't care how much less the parts might be from these clowns, it's not worth it. As you can see from other posts here, they may just charge you more anyway.

You notice that nice customer comment on their web site, but you also notice there isn't a place for you to leave a comment. There is a VERY GOOD REASON for that.
