I've been waiting for almost a month, and they still can't tell me when it will ship.
Opened my credit cards statement today, and THEY CHARGED ME ANYWAY!
Contacted their customer service (via on-line chat; there is no way to actually speak with anybody) and they won't reverse the charge until it ships, and they won't tell me when it might ship.
Really poor (and possibly illegal) charge policy. No customer service. No clue what is going on with their own inventory.
Avoid these people at all costs. No customer service, no parts, yet they took my money.
