I placed an order on appliancesconnection.com on 11/16/12. My order was approved and processed 11/18/12. On 11/21/12 i received a message that my Order was Currently Awaiting Pick-up By The Shipping Company. On 11/23/12 I was told my order was picked up by the shipping company. Today 11/27/12, I called to find out what was going on as i still had not received tracking information on my order. I called and spoke to a woman at about 10:30am and was told she did not know what had happened and she was trying to speak with her manager but he was in a meeting. So would it be okay if she took my number and called me back in an hour. I obliged however, never received a call back. I called at 1pm to see what the status was and Bobby x2050 answered the phone. He said well, if you don't want it then just refuse delivery. I said well, I am trying to figure out where it is or what is going on with it first. He asked if i had been receiving emails. I responded, "yes but, none of them are updated with correct shipping information." This woman was supposed to give me a call back this morning and i never received a call. He said, yes you are on her list however, are not first. I asked so can you tell me what is going on, he said it's been shipped as of today 11/27/12 and tracking information will be updated today. I responded and said, you've been saying it's shipped since 11/23 and it's still not shipped today. He was getting rude so I asked him to speak to a supervisor and he said the supervisor was unavailable, I requested to speak to another representative and he said i needed to call back. He informed me that the phone call is being recorded though, for whatever reason.  Another representative called me back at 9:30PM 11/27 after I posted another message on their site he said they were too busy with the holiday.  I said I ordered on 11/16 a week before the holiday his response was yeah, but they were busy! And he also apologized for the terse response today from customer service but, everyone was dealing with cyber monday so they had a lot to deal with.  Seriously, if you have no regard to customer service or delivery you should not be in business.
