My issue as so many others is,I have to mail there bill on the day I get it or They say it was not recieved,Of course you know what what means(late charges),Like this month the bill is due on the 31st of the month most of the time(they switch it sometimes).Here it is the 25 and theres no way its getting there on time according to them.So to add insult to injury I have to go to there site and pay it like that which is $6.95.I also notice that when they send it later,the payment is higher by 10 to 20 dollars.
